What it is good for

Liner and shadow are hard to judge in a palette or on someone else's face. A wing that suits one pair of eyes can look quite different on hooded or monolid eyes. Here you see each style on your own eyes before a wedding, a night out or your first try at liner. Compare Tightline in Taupe with Smoky in Violet, or a Halo in Copper with a Cut crease in Champagne, and take the one you like to the mirror or to your makeup artist.

Tips for your photo

Face a window in daylight and look straight into the camera with your eyes open, so both eyes show clearly. Keep your whole face in the frame and your hair away from your eyes. Take off your glasses and turn off filters and beauty modes, which blur the lash line where the liner goes. Bare lids or light everyday makeup show the change best. A hijab or headscarf can stay on: it is kept as it is.

What it does not do

It shows a preview on your photo, not a promise. It changes only the eye makeup and keeps your face, eyelids, eye shape, skin, expression, clothes, light and background as they are, so it never reshapes your eyes or changes your skin. Real makeup turns out differently with your own skin, products and technique, so use the picture as a guide. It names no brands and gives no advice on skin, allergies or eye health.

Questions and answers

More answers in Help
Is it free to try?

Yes. The free plan makes 3 designs a day in all, with any tool, each with a small watermark. Pro raises that to 50 designs a day and removes the watermark.

Does it work on hooded or monolid eyes?

Yes. It keeps your eyelids and the shape of your eyes as they are in your photo, so you see how a style such as Puppy liner or Cut crease looks on your own eyes.

Can I use it while wearing a hijab?

Yes. It changes only your eye makeup, and your hijab or headscarf stays as it is in your photo.

Can I see mascara without eyeliner?

Yes. Choose Lashes only: it gives full, defined mascara on your upper and lower lashes with no eyeliner, and keeps the shade to a sheer wash on the lid.

Eyes: try it on your photo
